Pediatric Sleep Consulting

We all know that babies need a lot of sleep but sometimes they need help learning the tools to self soothe. While you sleep your body heals, resets and grows. This is as important for the child as it is for the parent. People sometimes assume that sleep training means cry it out but there are many sleep coaching methods that involve little to no crying. As a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I can create a sleep plan specifically for your family that everyone is comfortable with. I offer a 15 minute complimentary consultation to anyone who is interested in learning more about sleep consulting services. You don’t have to be sleep deprived, I can help!

Newborn Sleep Strategy Plan

Setting a strong foundation right from the start can be so helpful when it comes to good sleep hygiene. Learning to fall asleep independently is a skill that we can teach our babies. I don’t recommend formal sleep training until babies are 12 weeks of age, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t start introducing good habits before that. This package is ideal for new or expecting parents. $450

This package includes: 

– My brand new newborn sleep packet with over 30 pages of helpful tips and advice 

– A 60 minute zoom call to discuss safe sleep, newborn feedings, sleep environments, soothing techniques, nap strategies, gentle sleep methods and answer whatever questions you may have

– 8 weeks of weekly texts to see how you and baby are doing and answer any questions that may have come up during the week

-3 scheduled calls if needed during the 8 weeks

Three Week Sleep Package (Ages 12 weeks-6 years)

This is the ideal plan for you if you need a sleep plan and someone to help walk you through the process. If your baby is waking up multiple times a night or struggling to fall asleep independently, you have a toddler who is now climbing out of bed, or maybe you’ve been co sleeping and you want your bed back, I can help get you the sleep you all need. After purchasing the plan you will receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out. This gives me the information I need to write your custom sleep plan. Within 48 hours of receiving your submitted questionnaire, I will email you a personalized and detailed sleep plan for you to implement. Once you have reviewed the plan and selected a night to start, we will schedule a Zoom or FaceTime call to review the plan together so I can answer any questions you may have. You will have unlimited support from me via text and email (between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm) throughout the 3 weeks. I also offer a 30 minute phone call within those weeks if you need to discuss concerns or we need to adjust the plan slightly. Upon completion of the three weeks we can schedule a call to go over any remaining questions you may have and celebrate your success! $625

Ask Me Anything Call

If you feel that you just need some suggestions or you’re struggling with naps and need some guidance schedule an hour long  Ask Me Anything call. Although this option doesn’t include a sleep plan, it can be used to fine tune what you’re already doing. $125/hr
