Bringing a new baby home can be overwhelming but it doesn't have to be. Hiring a postpartum doula can help make for a smooth transition and make you feel supported in those first few weeks. You will have someone who is solely there to help you recover.
When your child isn't sleeping it can affect the whole family. Having a plan and lots of support can be just what you need to get the sleep that you need and deserve as well as helping your child learn to self soothe and sleep independently.
Babies aren't born with a manual, but learning the basic care and safety tips before baby comes can make all the difference. You will learn how to feed, bathe and care for your newborn as well as safe sleep practices, car seat safety and different parent philosophies.

Someone to help you get settled in, who knows what to suggest for sore body parts, who can offer breastfeeding support and knows who to call if extra help is needed. Someone who can comfort the baby so that you can shower, eat or rest. Someone who can help with your older children while you bond with your newest addition, or make you lunch while you feed the baby. I am there to provide unbiased support for your whole family.
